A - Projects & Engineering:
    Using latest and state-of-the-art software and engineering tools. Our highly qualified P&E Department provide the following services and tasks:

  • Preliminary and detailed design and engineering
  • Electrical loads calculation
  • Equipment and parts selection
  • Compliance with specifications and standards
  • Sequence of operation
  • Documentation related to design, manufacturing, shop drawings, installations, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance.

B - production & manufacturing:

Lead by highly qualified and skilled Engineers, team leaders and technicians. Our electrical and mechanical divisions provide the following services.

    Electrical Division: Our Electrical division provide the following based on approved electrical shop drawings and designs
  • Assembly and Mounting of electrical components and parts
  • Wiring
  • Termination
  • Cabling
    Mechanical Division:
  • Mounting enclosures
  • Mechanical frame and steal works and fabrication
  • Bas-Bar fabrication and assembly
  • Using state-of-the-art machinery with high accuracy and precision

C - Quality Control Department:
    ECO is the first and only panel builder providing more than 100 types of testing and checking procedures for its products, solutions and applications. The quality control team is managed and run by highly qualified engineers and technicians to perform the following minimum tasks:
  • Checking Incoming products and raw materials.
  • Checking the progress work on each and every project and product under production
  • Checking the finished products
  • Physical and functional testing for finished products
  • Providing quality checks including but not limited to:
    • High voltage, high current and isolation test
    • Thermal tests
    • Functional Tests
    • Trip Tests
    • Power Quality Tests
    • Etc...

D - Quality Assurance Department:

ECO decades of commitment to quality was rewarded when the company was given ISO 9001:2000 in 2004. We strive to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering quality and safety assumed products. ECO is also committed to continually improve its quality management systems. Our QA reaches to customer by committing the following activities such as Customer Satisfactory survey, Customer Complaints, On time delivery and quality vendors. Each department collect data from the system and monitor the achievement monthly basis and reports in management meeting for continues improvements and company objectives to succeed the business as well as quality.
