In order to maintain client satisfaction, Customer service department (CSD), answers calls and requests to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair supplied products by ECO and even non-ECO products. Main objectives and tasks of CSD department are:
- Systems testing and commissioning.
- Systems start-up.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- On site and off site repairs.
- Installation & erection works.
- System analysis.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Maintenance contracts.
Having highly qualified, trained and equipped team, the CSD can respond to service and emergency calls at anytime during the week.
Complex services and tasks are normally assigned to our CSD team like diagnosing electrical systems and networks quality and capacity, the same team can put up a total solution to remedy power failures, power deficiency and power quality.
